While Grace is on sabbatical, Alvina talked with her husband Stephen Colman about his mental health journey.

How have you been?

Alvina recently returned from a wonderful time at Kindling Words in Providence, RI. Stephen has not been that great. Stephen’s father passed away from COVID in Vermont. He’s been managing some anxiety and depression that he’s dealt with for most of his life. Stephen walks us through the timeline of his mental health state and how and when he received help.
