Making Decisions!
This topic was inspired by Grace having to make a few big decisions recently. One was her trip to Portland to see the Where the Mountain Meets the Moon musical. The book friends talk about flipping a coin, over-thinking your initial decisions, and reading the signs that may tell you what the right decision is. Grace also had to decide wether she was going to attend the Dubai Book Festival. Alvina talks about some of the biggest decisions in her life and how they have impacted her today. The first big decision that she had to make was what she wanted to do as a career. Is there a right and wrong decision? At some point you just have to make a decision and go with it. Alvina talks about Blow Out the Moon by Libby Koponen and how editors decide to acquire a book.
Alvina looked up “How to make good decisions”. Do you think about the work case scenario? or existential dread? Which decision would you regret more or less?
