How have you been?
Grace has been working on a Ling & Ting project for the new year. It’s been stressful because she is also trying to organize her family Thanksgiving trip to Florida. Grace is going to the Topiary Gardens in Rhode Island. Alvina is shooting for “inbox-zero” by the end of August.
Reflection on 25 years
Alvina and Grace are not retiring! They’re celebrating their career highlights “SO FAR!” Hopefully there is more to come! The book friends share their top ten highlights from the past 25 years.
Fortune Cookie Segment: What we have been eating lately!
Grace has been talking about the new “A Big Mooncake for Little Star” project that involves eating OREO COOKIES like the phases of the moon. Alex has been making Japanese puffy egg omelettes! Alvina has been eating no carbs and no sugar for the month of August. Tonight he is making salmon burgers with crab meat on top! There is also so much leftover candy and cupcakes rom her 1980’s party.
